A French revolution has arrived on the Hermosa Beach Pier. Say ‘Adieu’ to Greenspot and ‘Bonjour’ Bonaparte Bistro! We took the time to reflect on what we could bring to our community; there was something missing. We came up with this simple yet inspired cuisine influenced by two cultures we cherish. This French-Californian fusion is perfectly cultivated by our amazing staff, composed of French natives and SoCal locals.
Our goal is to offer traditional French and Californian cuisine with our little twist. The new menu will feature French dishes such as Boeuf Bourguignon, Steak Frites, Ratatouille, Almond Trout, Couscous Royal, French Onion Soup, Croque Monsieur, Moules Marinière… and many others while still keeping Greenspot’s menu classics.
